How to paste cleanly
- Select one column (or a contiguous range of cells in one column) and copy.
- Paste into List A. Repeat for List B with the second column.

- Leave trim and ignore-empty on; decide whether letter case matters for your keys.
Read the tabs
- Intersection — values that appear in both columns.
- A only — in column A, missing from column B.
- B only — in column B, missing from column A.
- Duplicates — repeats inside one column that can skew counts.

How do I find values in column A that are not in column B?
