Find what’s missing from the second list

Last updated: 2026-09-03

Paste the full list into A and the second list into B. After you compare, A only shows every item that is on your full list but not on the second one— the gaps you usually need to chase down.

How to set A and B

  • List A — the complete or expected list.
  • List B — the checklist, export, or what you actually have.
  • A only — items missing from B.
  • B only — extras that only appear on the second side.

Example

A (expected): task-1 … task-4
B (done): task-2, task-3, task-4
A only: task-1 — still missing.
