Compare inventory or SKU lists between exports
Last updated: 2026-09-03
Paste last week’s catalog into A and this week’s into B. A only shows codes that disappeared; B only shows new ones. This compares product codes line by line—not every price or stock cell in a full sheet.
What each result means
- A only — SKUs on the old list that are gone from the new one.
- B only — new SKUs.
- Intersection — still on both exports.
- Dupes — repeated codes inside one export.
Before you compare
- Wide exports with price or qty columns: extract the SKU column with Col N, check Header if needed, then Apply.
- If a paste warning mentions hidden characters, strip them so “same” codes actually match.
- Keep Case on when product codes treat uppercase and lowercase as different.
Example
A (old): SKU-RED-01, SKU-BLUE-02, SKU-GREEN-03
B (new): SKU-BLUE-02, SKU-GREEN-03, SKU-GOLD-04
A only: SKU-RED-01 · B only: SKU-GOLD-04
