Put your list in A and the competitor list in B. B only shows keywords they have that you do not. A only shows keywords you have that they do not. Intersection is shared coverage.

Should keyword compare be case sensitive?

Usually leave case off so “Running Shoes” and “running shoes” match. Turn case on only if your process treats them as different keys.
